This small minimalist work is a continuation of the centuries-long tradition of Korean White Porcelain.

The pure white glaze has just a subtle gloss, and covers the inside and outside surfaces of the box and its lid.

Lidded boxes are a traditional item of the Korean interior. They are used to hold anything from incense to traditional sweets.  A simple and beautiful way to store, serve or display special things every day.
