When ordering, please keep in mind that as they are handcrafted from natural materials, the ceramic works may have minor flaws, marks and/or variations in dimension, colour and/or finish from the images and descriptions on the website.
Please note
- For customers outside the EU: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, due to the nature of the ceramic works.
- For customers in the EU: Please note your rights regarding returns below.
- For all customers: We do not offer refunds for any order seized, refused entry or returned to South Korea by the destination country's customs office due to restrictions in that country. Please check customs restrictions with destination customs offices before ordering.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@seoullane.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders seized, refused entry, or returned by customs.
EU customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
