Seoul Lane is an online store of Korean ceramic interior art works such as Moon Jars. We ship directly from South Korea.

 

Payments

Payment methods available at checkout:

• Credit card via Paypal (a Paypal account is not necessary)
• Paypal 
• Bank transfer or deposit into our South Korean bank account (for customers in South Korea)

Payment by Korean credit card is currently unavailable at checkout. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Returns

When ordering, please keep in mind that as they are handcrafted from natural materials, the ceramic works may have flaws and/or variations in dimension, colour and/or finish from the images and descriptions on the website.  

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, due to the nature of the ceramic works.
• We do not offer refunds for any order seized, refused entry or returned to South Korea by the destination country's customs office due to restrictions in that country.  Please check customs restrictions with destination customs offices before ordering.
